23. איסור פרסום של גופים מוסדיים בידי יועץ פנסיוני
יועץ פנסיוני לא יפרסם בכלי התקשורת, בחוזר, באמצעות דואר, דואר אלקטרוני, פקסימיליה, אינטרנט או בכל אמצעי אחר, את דבר עיסוקו בייעוץ פנסיוני בנוגע למוצרים פנסיוניים שלגוף מוסדי מסוים זיקה אליהם.
