8. בקשה לרישיון
(א)המבקש לקבל רישיון יועץ פנסיוני או רישיון סוכן שיווק פנסיוני, יגיש בקשה לממונה לקבלת רישיון מתאים.
(ב)בבקשה לקבלת רישיון כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) יכלול המבקש פרטים, מסמכים ודוחות כפי שיורה הממונה.
