4. תחולה על מוסדות ציבוריים
לענין חוק זה דין הגופים המפורטים להלן כדין משרד ממשרדי הממשלה, ודין כל עובד בהם כדין עובד המדינה ודין משרה בהם כדין משרה בשירות המדינה; ואלה הגופים:
(1)המוסד לביטוח לאומי;
(2)שירות התעסוקה;
(3)כל גוף ממלכתי אחר שהוקם בחוק, ושעליו הכריזה הממשלה, באישור ועדת הפנים של הכנסת, כעל מוסד ציבורי לענין חוק זה.
