146. תחילת תוקף ופרסום
תיקון: תשע״ב־3
(א)תחילתו של תיקון תקנון זה עם אישורו על ידי הכנסת, אלא אם כן נקבע בו מועד מאוחר יותר.
(ב)יושב ראש הכנסת יפרסם ברשומות את נוסח התיקון שהתקבל.
