71. ביטול מצב חירום
תיקון: תשע״א־4
סברו הממשלה או שלושים חברי הכנסת כי מן הראוי שהכנסת תבטל הכרזה על מצב חירום לפי סעיף 38(ה) לחוק־יסוד: הממשלה, יעבירו את הצעתם אל יושב ראש הכנסת ואל הוועדה המשותפת, והוראות סעיף 69(ג) עד (ה) יחולו בשינויים המחויבים.
