18. תחילה
(א)תחילתו של חוק זה בתום שישה חודשים מיום פרסומו.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א), לא ייכנס לתוקף סעיף 7, אלא בתום חודש מיום פרסום התקנות לפיו.
