4. נכסים המשמשים מטרה בטחונית
בנכס המוחזק על ידי צבא־הגנה לישראל או המשמש למטרה בטחונית אחרת, כפי שאושר מטעם שר הבטחון, לא תשתמש רשות מקומית בסמכות לפי סעיף 3 אלא בהסכמתו של מי ששר הבטחון ימנה לכך.
