41. סמכות המועצה לבצע
לא קיים בעל נכס דרישה של ראש המועצה לפי סעיף 40, רשאי ראש המועצה לבצע את העבודות הדרושות ולגבות את הוצאותיה מבעל הנכס ואין הבקשה של בעל הנכס לפי סעיף 40(ב) מעכבת את הביצוע.
