30. תקנות וצווים – התייעצות, הסכמה ואישור
תיקון: תשפ״א
(א)תקנות וצווים לגבי מיתקני גז המשמשים לייצור, מילוי, החסנה, הולכה או שיווק של גז ועבודות הקשורות באלה, ייקבעו בהתייעצות עם שר העבודה והרווחה.
(ב)תקנות וצווים לעניין מיגון או אבטחה של מיתקני גז ייקבעו בהסכמת השר לביטחון הפנים.
(ג)תקנות וצווים לפי חוק זה טעונים אישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת.
