תיקון: תשפ״ד־2
המכון יעביר לאוצר המדינה סכום של 105 מיליון שקלים חדשים מהעודפים שלו בתוך שישה חודשים מיום תחילתו של חוק התקנים (תיקון מס׳ 18), התשפ״ד–2024 (ביום 5.3.2024); בסעיף זה, ”עודפים“ – סכומים הכלולים בהון העצמי של המכון ומקורם ברווח הנקי שלו, כפי שנקבע לפי כללי חשבונאות מקובלים, כמפורט בדוחות הכספיים האחרונים של המכון שפורסמו לפני העברת הסכום כאמור.
