תיקון: תשע״ז
קיום הוועד הפועל, סמכויותיו ותוקף החלטותיו לא ייפגעו מחמת שהתפנה מקומו של חבר הוועד הפועל, או מחמת ליקוי במינויו או בהמשך כהונתו, ובלבד שרוב חבריו מכהנים כדין.
