תיקון: תשל״א
(א)המכון, והוא בלבד, רשאי לקבוע מיפרט, או כללים טכניים של תהליך עבודה לרבות הגדרות טכניות, כתקן ישראלי (להלן – תקן); המכון יפרסם כל תקן בדרך הנראית לו.
(ב)הודעה על קביעת תקן תפורסם ברשומות.
