תיקון: תשפ״ד־3
השר, בהסכמת שר המשפטים ובאישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, יקבע בתוספת השישית הפרות לעניין התאמת מצרך לדרישות האסדרה האירופית המאומצת לפי סעיף 9(א)(1)(ד), שניתן להטיל בשלהן עיצום כספי בהתאם להוראות פרק ט׳.
