6א. השתתפות המדינה בתשלום הסדרי ביטוח
תיקון: תשל״ג, תשנ״ז, תשפ״ג
נפגע הזכאי לתגמול חודשי שנערכו לטובתו הסדרי ביטוח חיים, ביטוח בריאות משלים או ביטוח סיעודי, באמצעות הארגון היציג, זכאי להשתתפות המדינה בדמי הביטוח בעד הביטוחים האמורים, בסכום שקבע שר העבודה באישור ועדת העבודה והרווחה של הכנסת.
