7ה. היעדרות קרוב משפחה מעבודה
תיקון: תש״ע־2, תשפ״ה
(א)קרוב משפחה של מי שנפטר כתוצאה מפגיעת איבה, רשאי להיעדר מעבודתו ביום הזיכרון לחללי מערכות ישראל; לעניין זה יראו עובד שנעדר מעבודתו כאילו עבד.
(ב)לעניין סעיף זה, ”קרוב משפחה“ – הורים, הורי הורים, בן־זוג, ילדים, אחים ואחיות, ולרבות אדם שיתום של נפגע שנפטר כתוצאה מפגיעת איבה סמוך על שולחנו והוא אינו אלמן או אלמנה של אותו נפגע.
