11. הגשת חוות דעת של היועצים המקצועיים של הוועדה
היועצים המקצועיים של הוועדה יגישו למתכנן הוועדה, בתוך 21 ימי עבודה מיום קבלת ההודעה על קליטתה של התכנית, חוות דעת שתכלול התייחסות להיבטי התכנית שבתחום מומחיותם; מתכנן הוועדה רשאי להאריך את המועד להגשת חוות דעת, מטעמים מיוחדים שיירשמו, בשבעה ימים נוספים.
