29. תחולת הוראות חוק התכנון
תיקון: תשע״ז
הוראות חוק התכנון יחולו בכל עניין מהעניינים המוסדרים בפרק זה, אלא אם כן נקבעה בפרק זה הוראה אחרת באותו עניין; כדי להסיר ספק, נאמר בזה כי לעניין התוספת השלישית לחוק התכנון, דין תכנית לפי חוק זה כדין תכנית כהגדרתה בתוספת האמורה.
