10. החזרת בלו על דלק שחל עליו פטור מיוחד
המנהל רשאי, בתנאים הנראים לו, להחזיר בלו, כולו או מקצתו, ששולם על דלק שניתן עליו פטור כאמור בסעיף 9, אם הוגשה למנהל בקשה על כך בכתב תוך ששה חדשים ממסירת הדלק לזכאי לפטור.
