16. אישור מקום ייצור ומקום אתר אחסון
תיקון: תשע״ג
לא ייצר אדם ולא יפעיל אתר אחסון דלק אלא במקום שקיבל עליו אישור מאת המנהל על סמך בקשה שהגיש לו בכתב והמכילה את תיאור מקום הייצור או מקום אתר האחסון; הוראה זו לא תחול על בעל זכות נפט לפי חוק הנפט.
