תיקון: תשפ״ג
מי שעשה שימוש בהקצבה או בכספי גמישות ניהולית בית ספרית שלא לאחת המטרות המפורטות בתוספת הראשונה או בתוספת השנייה, לפי העניין או שהורה לאחר לעשות שימוש כאמור, דינו – קנס כאמור בסעיף 61(א)(2) לחוק העונשין, תשל״ז–1977.
