4א. עמלות
תיקון: תשס״ה
המדינה רשאית לגבות עמלה בעד מתן ערבות לפי הוראות חוק זה, בשיעורים ובתנאים שעליהם יורה שר האוצר, דרך כלל, לערבות מסוימת או לסוג מסוים של ערבויות; שיעור העמלה ותנאיה, שעליהם יורה שר האוצר, ישקפו את הסיכון הכרוך במתן הערבות.
