2. מינוי מנהל יחידת נוער ברשות חינוך מקומית
(א)בכל רשות חינוך מקומית ימונה מנהל יחידת נוער.
(ב)מנהל יחידת הנוער יהיה אחראי על החינוך הבלתי־פורמלי ברשות החינוך המקומית ועל קידומו.
