תיקון: תשע״ז
בצו זה –
”אשכול יישובים“ – דירוג הרמה הכלכלית־חברתית של הרשויות המקומיות, שמפרסמת הלשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה;
”המשרד“ – משרד החינוך;
”עלות שכר“ – עלות שכר ממוצע שנתי בעד משרה מלאה של מנהל יחידת נוער או סגן מנהל יחידת נוער ברשות מקומית, בהתאם לנתונים לעניין זה, שהמשרד מפרסם לשנת תקציב או לשנת לימודים, לאחר היוועצות במרכז השלטון המקומי.
