3. פרסום
משרד החינוך יפרסם באתר האינטרנט של המשרד, בראשיתה של כל שנת לימודים, את רשימת הרשויות המקומיות הזכאיות להשתתפות המשרד במימון חלקי של עלות השכר של מנהל יחידת הנוער ברשות המקומית באותה שנת תקציב (להלן – רשות זכאית), ואת גובה הסכום המגיע לכל רשות זכאית, בצירוף הסברים על אופן החישוב.
