לא הטילה מועצה ארנונה כללית לשנת כספים מסויימת, תשולם הארנונה לאותה שנה בתחום הרשות המקומית בסכומים ובמועדים אשר נקבעו בשנה הקודמת, כשהיא מעודכנת בהתאם להוראות לפי סעיף 9(ב) רישה.
