לעניין אמות מידה לשיקום שכונות שלפיהן תינתן עדיפות לתקצוב מבנים במתחמים בהם רוב של דירות ציבוריות, ימשיכו לראות דירה שנרכשה לפי חוק זה כדירה ציבורית.
