8. עדכון סכומים
תיקון: תשס״ח, תשע״ו, תשע״ח
(א)הסכומים הנקובים בחוק זה יתעדכנו ב־1 בינואר של כל שנה לפי שיעור שינוי המדד הידוע ביום העדכון, לעומת המדד שהיה ידוע ב־1 בינואר של השנה הקודמת; הסכומים המעודכנים כאמור יעוגלו לסכום הקרוב שהוא מכפלה של 10 שקלים חדשים.
(ב)המנהל יפרסם בהודעה ברשומות את הסכומים המעודכנים לפי סעיף קטן (א).
