2. גובה הלוואה לדיור
תיקון: תשנ״ח, תשס״ב־2
(א)גובה הלוואה לדיור יהיה בין 46,080 שקלים חדשים ל־227,520 שקלים חדשים בהתאם לתקנות שיקבע השר באישור הועדה.
(ב)זכאי רשאי לבקש ולקבל הלוואה לדיור גם בסכום נמוך מזה שנקבע בסעיף קטן (א).
(ג)השר רשאי, מפעם לפעם, לעדכן את סכומי ההלוואות לדיור, בשיעורים שיקבע.
