14. איסור עסקאות עם הרשות
(א)חבר המועצה ותאגיד שבשליטתו לא יתקשרו עם הרשות בעסקה, פרט לעסקה לקבלת שירותים שהרשות נותנת, אלא אם שר התחבורה התיר את העסקה ובתנאים שקבע, הכל באישור הממשלה.
(ב)הודעה על היתר לפי סעיף קטן (א) תפורסם ברשומות.
