22. מנהל כללי ומנהלי שדות תעופה
(א)המועצה באישור הממשלה, תמנה על פי הצעת שר התחבורה שניתנה לאחר התייעצות עם המועצה מנהל כללי לרשות (להלן – מנהל הרשות); המועצה באישור הממשלה, תקבע את משכורתו ותנאי עבודתו של מנהל הרשות.
(ב)המועצה תמנה, באישור שר התחבורה ולאחר שהובאה לפניה המלצת מנהל הרשות, את מנהלי שדות התעופה של הרשות.
(ג)הודעה על מינוי מנהל הרשות ומנהלי שדות התעופה של הרשות תפורסם ברשומות.
