35. סמכות חתימה
הרשות רשאית לייפות כוחו של מנהל הרשות או של כל אדם אחר לחתום בשמה, דרך כלל, על מסמך מסויים או על סוג מסויים של מסמכים, בכפוף לכל סייג שבייפוי הכוח.
