בחישוב ההכנסה החייבת כמשמעותה בפקודת מס הכנסה, לשם תשלום המס, תמלוג או תשלום ששילמה הרשות למדינה לפי סעיפים 40א עד 40ג לחוק זה, יותר בניכוי בשנת המס שבה שולם.
