45. תביעות ועילות
כל תביעה שהיתה תלויה ועומדת מטעם המדינה או נגדה ערב תחילתו של חוק זה בקשר לנכסים, להסכמים, להתקשרויות, לעסקאות או לתפעול כל אחד משדות התעופה של הרשות כאמור בסעיפים 43 ו־44 וכן כל עילה של תביעה כזאת שהיתה קיימת אותו זמן, יוסיפו לעמוד בתקפן כאילו לא נעשתה ההעברה האמורה.
