47. פיקוח על הרשות
(א)הרשות תעמוד לפיקוחו הכללי של שר התחבורה.
(ב)במילוי תפקידיה לפי סעיף 5(א)(2) תפעל הרשות על פי הוראות שר התחבורה שיינתנו לה לאחר התייעצות עם המועצה.
