18. איסור העברת נכסים
(א)הרשות לא תהא רשאית למכור או להעביר בדרך אחרת נכס שבבעלותה, למעט נכסים שפרטים לגביהם לרבות סוגם ושווים נקבעו בתקנות, אלא באישור השר.
(ב)הרשות לא תהא רשאית למשכן נכס שברשותה או להשכירו לתקופה העולה על עשר שנים, אלא באישור השר; שכירות המקנה זכות לחדשה או להאריכה וכן שכירות לתקופה נוספת שבצירופה לקודמות היו יחד עולות על עשר שנים – טעונה אישור כאמור בסעיף קטן זה.
(ג)הרשות לא תיטול הלוואה העולה על סכום שקבע השר בתקנות, אלא באישור השר.
