24. מינוי המנהל
(א)השר ימנה את מנהל הרשות, על פי הצעת המועצה לאחר שקיימה הליך לאיתור מועמדים; הודעה על מינוי המנהל תפורסם ברשומות.
(ב)תקופת כהונתו של המנהל תהיה ארבע שנים ורשאי השר, בהתייעצות עם המועצה, לשוב ולמנותו לתקופת כהונה אחת נוספת.
