45. תחילה
תיקון: תשע״ח, תשע״ח־2
(א)תחילתו של חוק זה במועד שיקבע השר בצו, באישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, והוא רשאי לקבוע מועדי תחילה שונים לסעיפים שונים שבחוק, ובלבד שכל סעיפי החוק ייכנסו לתוקפם לא יאוחר מיום י״א בטבת התשס״ז (1 בינואר 2007).
