12א. קאדי מד׳הב בבית הדין לערעורים
תיקון: תש״ם, תש״ס, תשס״ח
(א)שר המשפטים רשאי, בהסכמת המועמד ובהסכמת ראש בית הדין לערעורים, למנות קאדי מד׳הב של בית הדין להיות קאדי מד׳הב של בית הדין לערעורים, לתקופה מסויימת.
(ב)מינוי לתקופה מסויימת לפי סעיף זה, ברציפות או לסירוגין, לא יהיה לתקופה של יותר משנה אחת מתוך תקופה של שלוש שנים.
(ג)(בוטל).
