24. מסקנות של בית הדין המשמעתי
תיקון: תשס״ח
(א)בית הדין המשמעתי יביא את מסקנותיו, לזכות או לחובה. לפני שר המשפטים.
(ב)מצא בית הדין המשמעתי שאין הקאדי־מד׳הב ראוי להמשיך בתפקידו, יביא שר המשפטים את מסקנות בית הדין המשמעתי לפני נשיא המדינה, והנשיא יעביר את הקאדי־מד׳הב מכהונתו.
