לא ירקח עוזר רוקח תכשיר או רעל רפואי בבית מרקחת אלא בהשגחת רוקח; לעניין זה יראו תלמיד לרוקחות במוסד להשכלה גבוהה המתמחה בבית מרקחת שהמנהל אישר אותו כמתמחה כעוזר רוקח.
