תיקון: תשע״ט
רוקח המנפק תכשיר מרשם למטופל שחבר בקופת חולים שלבית המרקחת אין הסדר עמה יידע את המטופל שלבית המרקחת אין הסדר עם קופת החולים, וכי מחיר התכשיר עשוי להיות נמוך יותר אם המטופל ירכוש אותו בקופת החולים או בבית מרקחת שיש לו הסדר עמה; בסעיף זה, ”הסדר“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 21ד(א) לחוק ביטוח בריאות.
