3. בקשת רשיון
תיקון: תשע״ב, תשע״ז־2 [8]
(א)המבקש רשיון לעסוק ברוקחות יגיש בקשה בדרך שנקבעה ויביא ראיות המניחות את הדעת בדבר זהותו, אופיו הטוב, היותו מסוגל לעסוק ברוקחות ובעל הכשירויות שנקבעו.
(ב)(בוטל).
