תיקון: תשע״ו־2 [44]
רופא או רופא וטרינר לא ינפק בחצריו סמי מרפא לשימוש מי שבטיפולו, אדם או חיה לפי הענין, אלא על פי רשות בכתב מאת המנהל; הוראות סעיף זה יחולו על אף האמור בסעיף 42.
