55א12ב. איסור ייחוס סגולות
תיקון: תשפ״ב
לא ייחס אדם לתמרוק סגולה של ריפוי הגוף, אחד מאיבריו או מערכותיו או של מניעת מחלה, ריפוי שלה, הקלה או סיוע בהתמודדות עימה או עם תסמיניה וכן לא ייחס לתמרוק מאפיינים או תכונות שאין לו, בדרך של סימון או פרסום, אלא אם כן הותר הדבר לפי פקודה זו.
