55א12ט. התחייבות יבואן המבקש להירשם במרשם היבואנים הנאותים
תיקון: תשפ״ד־2
המבקש להירשם במרשם היבואנים הנאותים יגיש למנהל התחייבות ולפיה –
(1)לא ייבא תמרוק במסלול האירופי, אלא אם כן יש בידיו תוכנית בקרת איכות ובטיחות בעבור אותו סוג תמרוק, כמפורט בסעיף 55א12יד;
(2)יישם את התוכנית כאמור בפסקה (1) בעבור כל משלוח של תמרוק שהוא מייבא במסלול האירופי;
(3)יאחסן ויוביל את התמרוק בהתאם להוראות היצרן, אם ישנן.
