55א12יא. אישור קליטה
תיקון: תשפ״ד־2
(א)נמסרה הודעה בדבר שיווק לפי סעיף 55א12י וסעיף 55א12יג, יונפק לנציג האחראי וליבואן הנאות אישור אוטומטי על קליטת ההודעה במערכת המקוונת (בסימן זה – אישור קליטה); אישור כאמור ייחשב אישור ייבוא לעניין סעיף 62(ג)(2) לפקודת המכס.
(ב)הונפק לעוסק בתמרוקים ולנציג האחראי של התמרוק אישור קליטה, יחולו על העוסק כאמור, לעניין ייבוא התמרוק האמור, הוראות סימן זה.
