55ז1. הנגשת מידע בדבר רכיבי תמרוק
תיקון: תשפ״ב
יצרן או יבואן של תמרוק יבטיח כי מידע בדבר שמות הרכיבים, כמות הרכיב לגבי רכיב שהוא חומר מסוכן, וכן מידע קיים לגבי אזהרות ותופעות לוואי של התמרוק, ולגבי חומר בישום – גם שם החומר, מספר הקוד ומידע בדבר זהות הספק, יהיה נגיש בקלות לציבור באמצעים נאותים, כמפורט בהוראות שיקבע השר בשים לב להוראות דרישות חוקיות היבוא של האיחוד האירופי בעניין זה.
