56יג. מותב חסר
תיקון: תשע״ו־2
(א)על אף האמור בסעיף 56י(א), נעדר חבר ועדת המשמעת שאינו יושב ראש הוועדה, מישיבה, יתקיים הדיון באותה ישיבה לפני חברי הוועדה הנוכחים, אם הסכימו לכך הצדדים, אלא אם כן החליט היושב ראש לדחות את הדיון.
(ב)דיון שנערך במותב חסר כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) לא יסתיים אלא לפני ועדת המשמעת בהרכבה המלא.
