תיקון: תשפ״ד־2
על אף האמור בסעיף 60ד(ה)(7), הממונה לא יטיל עיצום כספי על מי שהפר הוראה מההוראות המאומצות, כאמור באותו סעיף, אם התברר כי תרגומה של ההוראה לעברית כאמור בסעיף 55א12יז(ז) אינו תואם את הנוסח המחייב של ההוראה בשפה האנגלית וכי הוא פעל בהתאם לנוסח ההוראה בתרגומה לעברית כפי שהועמדה לעיון הציבור באתר האינטרנט של משרד הבריאות במועד ביצוע ההפרה.
