60יט. תוצאות הגשת כתב התחייבות ועירבון או אי־הגשתם
תיקון: תשע״ו־2
הגיש המפר לממונה כתב התחייבות ועירבון לפי סימן זה, בתוך 30 ימים מיום מסירת ההודעה כאמור בסעיף 60יז, לא יוטל עליו עיצום כספי בשל אותה הפרה; לא הגיש המפר לממונה כתב התחייבות ועירבון בתוך התקופה האמורה, ימציא לו הממונה הודעה על כוונת חיוב בשל אותה הפרה, לפי סעיף 60ה.
